Motorola is back at the top with their hot new Android device.

The Motorola Droid ($200; Coming November 6) is Verizon’s newest iPhone competitor, or should I say iPhone killer – well at least that’s according to its new iDon’t advertising campaign.

Aside from being the first device to debut running Android 2.0 — complete with the all new Google Maps Navigation.

The Droid also rocks some seriously nice specs, including:

ARM Cortex A8 processor
3.7-inch
480×854 touch screen
5 megapixel camera with dual-LED flash
Bluetooth
GPS
Slide-out keyboard
16GB SD card, and more.

T-Mobile myTouch Release Date

T-Mobile’s next Android phone is official and coming soon! Although its much better designed than the first Android phone, we still had trouble finding the 3.5mm headphone jack – oh wait – that’s because the phone doesn’t ship with one!. An adapter is instead required.

I say wait for the HTC Hero which has a much better keyboard compared to the myTouch.

The myTouch is definitely functional, but we found ourselves missing the spacebar quite a lot.

The responsiveness was also about 1/3 that of HTC. The myTouch does come with a sweet case, but who really uses those enough where it is a deal breaker.

Sure it’s the only one of its kind, but it seems like it should have come out a year ago. Perhaps the best news is that T-Mobile is thinking about putting a visual voicemail app in the new app pack, though it wasn’t pre-loaded on any of the handset we checked out.

Scheduled release date: Late August.

Send large files for FREE!

This is a great program to send large files (2GB worth) and it costs nothing to use, nor is there a trial period. Plus it is very easy to transfer multiple files simultaneously with the slick user interface. My parents even uses it to send me their vacation photos when they travel; hint: I’m emphasizing its really easy to use.

I found that Sizable Send was the fastest on file uploads and file downloads – as well as email notifications to the file recipient whom you are sending the files to. The fact that you can also select multiple files to upload at the same time (by crtl+clicking or shift+clicking from the same “open file” window) made it all the faster.

They could easily charge money for it – you are getting the premium bandwidth speed, storage space and reliability that all the others make you pay for – yet Sizable Send lets you send as many files (yes, unlimited) for free! I hope they can afford to always keep it free.

If you ever need to send large files and dont want to pay for the service, i recommend using Sizable Send. It really has worded well for me over the past year that I’ve sent files with it.
